At Coving Shop UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural mouldings. If your items are unsuitable or no longer required, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your coving or skirting in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Send the items back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
