How long does delivery take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery service for orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays.
Do I need a professional to install the coving?
While professional installation is always an option, our lightweight products are designed for DIY enthusiasts. They can be easily cut with a mitre box and fixed using our specialized DecoFix adhesives.
Can your products be used in bathrooms or kitchens?
Yes, our polyurethane and polymer ranges are completely waterproof and resistant to humidity, making them ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, and other damp environments.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Are the products pre-painted?
Our coving and cornices come factory-primed with a smooth white base coat. They are ready to be painted with any water-based or acrylic paint to match your interior decor.
